Products and colours
We describe and photograph every saree as accurately as we can. Because silk is dyed and woven by hand and screens display colours differently, the shade you receive may vary slightly from the photographs. Minor variations in weave and zari are a normal part of the fabric. Products are shown subject to availability.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is made online through our payment gateway partner; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown in error.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Info, and returns, exchanges and refunds in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Please give accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or phone number.

The photographs, designs, text and logos on this website belong to Kumarswamy J (HUF) and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions or natural events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
