Shipping Info
How we pack your saree
Every saree is folded carefully and packed in a protective poly-lined cover before going into the outer shipping box, to guard against moisture, dust, and snagging in transit. Sarees with zari or delicate embellishment get an extra layer of protective tissue so the zari work doesn’t catch or crease against the fabric. A little travel fold is normal and airs out easily — it’s not a defect.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India. All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Bengaluru.
Processing time
Most orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. If a saree is made or finished to order, we’ll let you know a realistic dispatch date by email or phone before your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee applies below that.
When your saree arrives
If the outer package looks damaged when it’s handed to you, it’s worth mentioning to the delivery person, but we know that isn’t always possible with every local courier. What helps most is filming yourself opening the package — an unboxing video makes it much faster for us to approve a replacement or refund if anything’s wrong. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you can check its status under Order History if you checked out while signed in, or by contacting us with your order number.
Payment on delivery
We currently accept prepaid orders only (card, UPI, or netbanking via Razorpay). Cash on Delivery isn’t available just yet, but we’re working on adding it — check back soon.
