Patra Red Soft Silk Saree

A red Kanchipuram soft silk saree with a teal border of woven leaf scrolls and a large leaf butta group on the body. The broad border carries two bands of silver-tone leaf scrolls, divided by a panel of fine stripes, and it leads into a rich pallu. Across the red ground, small drop-shaped buttas run in neat vertical rows, while larger mango leaf buttas sit together near the pallu. The soft silk drapes gently and settles into easy pleats. Team it with antique gold jewellery and a teal or gold blouse for a classic look. It suits family weddings, festival mornings and temple visits.
